“The Jester’s Bloom”

I am in the process of doing some small works on paper. They are purely for fun and exploration. Sometimes I find a new character, sometimes a new color combination or a new technique. It is all non-restrictive. 

Am calling this, “The Jester’s Bloom”.

Children in the luminous Orchard

This is # ten of my 18x24 acrylic on paper 2026 series. My original intent was 15 for the year-that is not going to happen. Ten is a great number and my redirected goal is to do several 11x14 just for fun. To be honest, I am itching to do a large piece so that may start in the not too far off future!

As for this piece-not sure about the title, we shall see! The rich colors and atmosphere are lovely. There is something very soulful about all their faces.
